    • Ensure that anyone entering your party room has an Anime Fargo badge.
  • Safety

    • Hosts are responsible for damages to the room, so be careful.
    • No open flames.
    • No fog machines.
    • Don’t cover sprinklers or fire alarms.
    • Respect the hotel.
  • Noise

    • You’re welcome to be loud, but if your party can be heard two rooms away or Anime Fargo staff/hotel staff receive complaints, you’re being too loud.
    • Speakers and noise-producing objects must be within the walls of the room, not outside.
    • Respect the hotel.
  • Decorating!

    • Use only painter’s tape (any brand) to hang posters, decorations, etc.
    • Items within the room can be moved, but do not remove anything from the room without the hotel’s permission. Leave the hotel how you found it – nice, clean, and organized.
    • We suggest covering the floor somehow to prevent stains from spilled drinks/food/etc.
    • Seriously, respect the hotel.
  • Alcohol

    • If it’s illegal outside the con, it’s illegal inside the con. See the following laws/regulations/ordinances: North Dakota Century Code, City of Fargo Ordinances Article 25-15 and Article 10-1.
    • If you are serving alcohol, you must check the ID of anyone asking for an alcoholic drink. Do not serve alcohol for anyone under age 21.
    • Remind guests to keep their drinks with them. If you see an unattended drink, confiscate it and pour it out.
  • Tips

    • You may not charge people for admission, treats, or drinks.
    • You may leave a tip jar out and kindly ask your guests to leave a tip; however, guests are under no requirement to do so and you may not refuse participation if they do not tip.
